Johnny Stimson and Ol' Burger Beats
Today I have music for you by the artist Johnny Stimson. Now let me tell you, I have not been able to get this song out of my head all day, and I am completely okay with that! And no, it isn't because I am biased because this artist is from Texas like me. Johnny Stimson has taken R&B to another level of being both steamy and electronic. This song has so many amazing things happening in it all at once and it makes me smile a little mischievously. Or maybe that's the sexy vibes I get from this song. And let me tell you, this song is most definitely a nice and seductive one for you.
This song has that really nice and slow beat, accompanied only by a little bit of synth work. The instrumentation in this song has a nice and simple sound to it, but that nice and easy flow is what gives this song a lot of body and free movement. And that relaxed nature of music give this song a great vibe, one that makes you want to either dance a little bit or find your significant other quickly. True to its name, this song makes me feel so good. I love this to this song when there is water running. Whether it is raining or I'm feeling the warm water of the shower, this song has this smooth and dangerously seductive sound to it. You can get quite lost in this song.
So Johnny Stimson opens the song with the drum beat, and then adds in the main keyboard line. Then he opens his lovely mouth and the magic really starts to happen. Johnny Stimson has such a beautifully sultry voice. I mean ridiculously sultry. His voice is extremely cool and suave, enough to melt anyone. The sparse R&B instrumentals offer as a great way to let Johnny Stimson's falsetto shine. Most of this song is sung in his falsetto voice, but he pulls it off so well. He is able to maintain the same amount of strength in his falsetto, something that can easily be tapered off. Another thing is that there is a nice pulse to the track, allowing ourselves to kind of pulsate to the beat as well. Johnny Stimson is a little bit of a crooner, which works so well with keeping this song the feel good slow jam that it is. It is kind of cool how this artist has everything that we would want from a R&B song, and more. The luring beat, the charming vocals. I mean when Johnny Stimson is serenading someone while flexing his stirring falsetto, it gives a lot of people in the music industry a run for their money. And he does all of this over a simple but lovely piano. If you listen to the mixtape, which I hope you do, it seems as if all the songs blend and transition over to one another so well. Overall, an alluring and vampish song. I really hope he starts to gain more traction, because Johnny Stimson is an artist who can go very far.
Today's instrumental song is by Ol' Burger Beats. Sometimes being mad doesn't mean. But this is my favorite song by him, even if it is a little bit on the popular side. It is still a really great slow jam, and definitely airs on the side of being sexy. I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!
