Coldplay and Sigur Ros
Today's song is, in my opinion, of the greatest songs off Coldplay's newest album, Mylo Xyloto. The male and female vocals compliment each other so incredibly well, and the harmonies between voices have a hauntingly beautiful and complete sound. And of course the music for this song is absolutely phenomenal, with slightly Asian influences that go perfectly with the song title. The whole song is composed extraordinarily well! Today's instrumental song is by Sigur Ros. It definitely has a different energy in comparison to the first song, but nonetheless, has a certain haunting nature that is so entrancing.
