Nat King Cole and Paperman

Image
It has been an absurdly long time since I have posted any sort of swing or jazz style music. So, today I have music for you by the wonderfully talented Nat King Cole. This song is very popular in the world of romance and jazz, and for good reason. This song oozes style and grace in a way that was so special and particular to that era in music. I would go as far as to say this song has an effervescent nature to it in the sense that there is an almost breezy feel to the song. It is one of those that provides energy, but does so in a very controlled manner. It is like restraining a wild horse and taming it to suit your needs. This song took the wilder energy and molded it to fit the sound of a more in...
