Rahman, Javed Ali, and Mohat Chauhan sing this beautiful and moving qawwali with a magnificent blend of Indian and Sufi styles. This song is one that you feel go down to your soul. Even if you don't understand the words, there is a sense of power and calm that comes with this song. I just think it is absolutely beautiful and the melodies create something that is so indescribable. Today's instrumental song is a version of Middle Eastern Sufi style music. The types of sounds and music you probably think about when thinking of the Middle East or Turkey is expressed in this song and this is one of the greatest pieces I have heard.
