Monica Laire & Brett Patterson and The Theory of Everything

Today I have music for you that is actually a duet between artists Monica Laire and Brett Patterson. I had heard a couple of covers by Monica Laire before, but never an original song. Until I came across this song. This song is such a genuinely wonderful listen. Everything about this song is so smooth and pleasant. My favorite part of the song is the overall instrumentation and melody because of how dynamic it is. The kind of key change we hear in this song, especially in the chorus, is actually one of my favorites. It is the kind of sound that can make a song go from being a nice slow jam, to actually sinking in and feeling it in your body and soul. And the way this song has been composed is really lovely. Instead of introducing a lot of instruments, we only get a sparse number, the two main instruments being a snare drum and set as well as a guitar.
