MS MR and Apocalyptica
Today's song is by a band called MS MR. What I found so interesting about this duo is the fact that this is what I would expect Florence and the Machine would sound like on the weird side of music. This song has so many shared qualities with music like Florence, but it still has its own unique psychedelic sound that adds a sense of mystery to their sound. To add on top of that, the lyrics talk about the mind which makes the psychedelic stuff go even deeper. Today's instrumental song comes from the incredibly cello group called Apocalyptica. I can't express how much skill and beauty these cellists perform with. I would definitely go listen to their other music as well because it is absolutely phenomenal!
