Liam Horne and Florence + The Machine

Today I have music for you by a hidden pop gem out of Scotland. Liam Horne is definitely on the lesser known side of music, but that means he is open to experimenting with his music, the way he does in this song. Liam Horne has a voice that is smooth as butter, one that is also higher pitched. There is so much chemistry between his voice and the instrumentals, and that is honestly incredible. His voice is like a soft touch to the heavier and more thumping sound of the electric guitar. But, that inclusion of guitar work in a way that normally isn't heard in pop music? I absolutely love it. I mean when do we ever get to hear that more intense and heavy kind of electronic guitar work from a genre other than rock? I thought that was such a genius sound and something that I found rather on the seductive side.
