The 1975 and The Imitation Game
Today I have music for you from one of my favorite bands ever, The 1975. I realized that despite the fact that they released a new album, I haven't actually posted much about the album! The greatest thing about this band is that they are the biggest band that nobody has heard of. I mean when you go out into mainstream media and music, The 1975 is not a name one hears. Their music is something that isn't heard and from the surface, more people seem to have no idea who they might be. But when they come in town for concerts, you see lines of people waiting to get into the venues, fan girls, everything! The 1975 has such a low key and quiet following, but a huge one. And that is kind of an amazing thing to be able to have! Of course the reason why The 1975 is able to have such adoring fans is because their music is incredibly relatable. Many of these topics are that which we see everyday, but the views on these ideas and thoughts are unconventional and raw. There is a natural hone
