Today I have some music for you by the New York singer-songwriter Lauv. This is a guy who has really nailed the whole "jack of all trades" thing when it comes to music. See, not only does Lauv write and perform his own songs, he also produces them and creates the music himself. Literally, the full package. This is the first song I heard by him, and it was the only song needed for me to fall in love with Lauv. He has a style that is both soothing and seductive, but emotional and vulnerable at the same time. There is a lot going on underneath the surface of this song. I have to say, as soon as the chorus kicks in, I am kind of taken to another place. It takes me to that place where all I can feel is the embrace of the night and the stars while I just move to my own vibe.
