Today I have some music for you from the age of slow jazz and smooth swing. Nat King Cole is one of my absolute favorite swing and jazz singers, and with holiday season in full decor, this seemed like the perfect accompaniment. Nat King Cole has a warm and rich voice that has the ability to melt any heart, and he does just that with this song. One of the best things about this era in music is that it takes romantic to another level. This kind of music is very sweet and hopelessly romantic, which is something we don't really hear often from music nowadays. But somehow that romantic sound translates over really well during holidays. Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, this time of year is one that is full of little treasures. From snow falling to warm cookies to sitting by the fire, there is a lovely coziness to this time of year. And of course, it is much more enjoyable with someone else.
