Keeping It Fresh

Today I have music from a band that just recently broke up. My Chemical Romance has had a great name in the areas of punk and rock, and it was quite sad to see them split. However, their music does continue to be an awesome sound and today's song has that same sound. This song has a strong sound and it is much heavier than some of their other songs. However, true to its personality, there are some pretty intense things going on! Today's instrumental song actually comes from one of my favorite TV shows of all time-Supernatural. For those of you who have seen the show, this song will be familiar, and it describes the show so well. But it definitely has so many similar aspects to the first song. So today I have an interesting song by a band called The Limousines. This song has so many elements of smaller genres, and they make it work so incredible well! There are hints of disco, electro, indie, and even a little reggae. I just love the energy this song brings-its not necessarily happy, but it has this positive feel. The vocals have a somewhat ethereal sound, which adds a mysteriousness about the song. Today's instrumental song is from the movie Tron. This song is absolutely incredible. Today's song is by a band with some awesome hits, Everclear. This song has some cool elements that make this song pretty great! They use the tambourine a lot more than many rock bands, which I really like. Now, this song is on the weirder side of the rock spectrum, but I guess that is just one of the really great things about it! Today's instrumental song is the instrumental song of a somewhat popular Foo Fighters song. I for one enjoy listening to this song when I am driving, just because it makes me feel inc incredible! Today I have music from a band out of Texas called Seryn. This song definitely has its folksy sound, but it also has something that really makes it stand out from many other folk sounding bands. There is an element of more off beat drum work and the pulse of the song is something different. I love how there is an indie flare to the song, and I think this is a band worth looking deeper into. Today I have the instrumental version of one of  my favorite Of Monsters And Men songs. This song makes me so happy for some reason, and I absolutely love it!
