Vampire Weekend and Tears Of The Sun
Today's song comes out of New York City, from the amazing band known as Vampire Weekend. What I love about this song is how different it is from Vampire Weekend's usual style. This song has a beautiful and melancholic feel which is a stark contrast from their usually upbeat and baroque styled rock. There is a different kind of strength to this song. Its not like those powerful ballads with strong vocals that you normally hear, but has such a strong sense of emotion and life. This song is quite unique and I really enjoy that. Today's instrumental song is from the movie Tears of The Sun. I have never seen this movie so I can't really tell you anything about that. However, this song is absolutely beautiful and moving.
