Jason Mraz and Ed Sheeran
Today's song is by one of my favorite solo artists of all time, known very fondly by me and many others as Jason Mraz. He is one of the most talented people I have heard the pleasure of hearing live. His talent has so many avenues, from his lyric writing to his ballad lyrical style, incredible guitar playing, beautifully angelic voice, and amazing people skills. He is just kind of the most perfect man! This song in particular showcases another phenomenal side of Jason Mraz because it shows his dexterity of mixing his reggae style with rap. The only other person I know who can do this well is Ed Sheeran. The way Jason Mraz uses his voice and the skill with which he wields it is awe inspiring and to top it all off, this man sounds waaaaaay better live than in recordings. Which is why I am posting the live version of this song. The recordings take away so much from his voice and yet his recordings are still phenomenal. Which says a lot about his voice in person.
