Today I was feeling some rock music today, so I present to you a song by the amazing band 30 Seconds to Mars. Not going to lie, the lead singer is pretty darn attractive...anyway, this song is from their new album This Is War. It is a mix of synth rock, metal, and some progressive rock. The lyrics are fantastic and the melodies are quite moving. Even if you don't like this song as much, I really hope you go check out the rest of the album because it kicks some serious ass! I love how this song starts calmly and then increases in intensity and focus as the song progresses. It kind of follows the way the first song becomes intense. I really hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!
