Today I have some dance/house music. This song is by Kaskade, but is really interesting because it includes a rock group-Neon Trees. I thought the vocal tone matched so well with the beat and feel of the song. This song has the intensity of a rock group mixed with the energy of house music. It also has the deeper, more powerful bass to it which makes this song so much more brilliant! I think this song turned out so incredibly well! Today's instrumental song is by Benny Benassi. This song has the typical format of an electro/house song, but Benassi makes it unique by playing with different octaves and crescendos (that is my cello-playing knowledge coming through) I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

Today I have music for you by the DJ known as Felix Cartal. I love the way this song sounds because it has a really good beat and the hook melody is extremely catchy. The drops are on point and the rhythm is one that you can have fun with, dancing or just kind of going crazy. I think these vocals are actually perfect for this song and I love how there is a point when they throw the beat down on a piano. I absolutely love the buildups in this song. This song is pretty interesting because it has a pretty intense feel to it. Today's song is from Europe, more specifically, Italy! It is quite interesting because pretty much everyone I talk to are oblivious to Italian music, so I thought this was the best place to put it up! DJ Provenzano created a really catchy tune with this song. This song is pretty awesome because it has a really cool mix of electronic music and the violin. Not going to lie, if you translate the song, you will notice that the song has a really good meaning...or maybe that is me misinterpreting...But anyway, this song has a consistent bass beat and has a really catchy tune, and I really like when it goes into violin mode. Willie Nelson and The Assassination of Jesse James

Today I have a cover of an incredibly famous song by another extremely famous artist. Willie Nelson has done a very beautiful rendition of one of Coldplay's best songs. This song was done for the movie The Judge, and it fits splendidly with the entire mood and tone and essence of the movie. What I love about this cover is that it sounds absolutely nothing like the original song. Willie Nelson is able to convey that same sentiment in a way that is completely different from the way the original song was done. This version has more of a country tone to it, but there is something more folk to this song. I think that is what makes this song so beautiful. The fact that is folk and has that warmth of perceived 1800s ranch homes. It has that warmth that comes with summer nights in the prairie, that beauty of the wide open space.
