Today's song of the day is by Sebastian Ingrosso and Alesso! This song also features Ryan Tedder who is the lead singer of One Republic (woot woot). This song is really good, and  I was singing along...This song is so much fun to dance, sing, and chill out to. It isn't super repetitive, which is a problem I hear in a lot of house or techno songs. This is a pretty dynamic song and its just amazing! The beat is also a really good pace. Today's instrumental song is by a Russian artist, Ivan Dinges. I found out about him a few days ago and you all get to be my lab rats! I am trying him out on all of you to see if you like him or not. This song is really catchy and has a really consistent, solid bass. Definitely some head-banging and a little dancing too. I absolutely love the small bits of vocals in this song because he blends them really well and they sound really cool. I am glad I found him, because Ivan is pretty darn good. Father John Misty seems to have broken through and is on a quiet but steady rise within the music world. What I really like about Father John Misty, is the depth he has both musically and lyrically. NF and Fight Club

Today I though I would get the ball rolling with some music by the artist known as NF. This is a guy who is a crazy sick rapper. I mean absolutely incredible. The style of rap in this song is one of my favorites. It is this syncopated but fast style of rapping, one that allows rappers to spit rhymes out and get in as much lyrical content as possible. Now I really love this style for two reasons. One, being able to hear the words and verses that the rapper writes is amazing. More often than not, songs like this have some sort of powerful meaning, and this song is definitely one of those. This is a song that talks about the music industry in general, about how music has changed and become a source of profit instead of art. Which is something that I can agree with, and the way this whole song is worded is absolutely fantastic. Jason Aldean and Firefly

Today I have some music for you by the famous country singer Jason Aldean. Now I know it has been a long time since I posted anything country, so hopefully this will be a nice change. I am going to keep this one a little short today. Jason Aldean is such a big name in the world of country music and it is clear to see why. He has that rich and powerful tone to his voice with a slight twang to make things sound really country. He takes more of the intense and energetic route with this song and I like that! This song features more electric guitar work than acoustic guitar but I think that is perfect for this song. The electric violin makes a spectacular entrance in this song. We really hear that fiddle twist of the violin and it seems to soar above all other sounds in this song like it has a solo of its own. And of course you can never go wrong with the sick banjo work.
