Happy New Year!

Today marks the final day of 2017, and goodness what a year it has been. Now I know these past few months, I have not been posting as frequently. I have been a bit MIA, not because I don't care about this blog, but becasue there are so many other things that have happened. It has been a roller coaster of emotions. We have had some devestating blows and some immense wins. We have witnessed an awakening of social thought and progress in ways that would not have been imagined, just a few years back. Humanity has done so much this past year. We have laughed together, cried together. We have lost so many wonderful and influential people. We have seen discord and pain. But we have also seen birth, a renaissance of sorts. We are striving to achieve incredible heights. We are learning so much more, becoming social learned. We are becoming stronger and maybe even a little wiser.  This has been a year where human kind has been the most divisive, yet, the most unified. And above everythig, we have survived. We have survived everything that world has thrown at us. From natural disaster to human disaster, from the internal struggles we face everyday, to the external battles we must face. We have survived it. And we have made our way through. As said by a musician and aritst we lost this year, good job. We have all suffered and been through so much, but good job. 

I want to thank you all with every fiber of my being for standing by my side this year. For continuing to share in this passion of music. It is an honor and a privilege to have you all read this. Here is to the end of 2017 and a new beginning with 2018!
