Airlift and East of Eden

Today I have some music for you that comes from the world of Bollywood music. This comes from the movie Airlift, a new movie that is actually worth the time to watch. Unlike most Bollywood movies beforehand, this is a movie that is actually full of substance and is honestly a wonderful story line. This is a movie that is about the real world, the issues and dangers that are seen in the Eastern hemisphere. And for once, this is a Bollywood movie that is not centered on the romance, but on the actual meaning and significance of the movie. Now this song is sung by Arijit Singh, a man with a voice like pure honey. I mean this song is incredibly beautiful and the vocals in the song are just as melodious as the instrumental accompaniment. What I love about songs like this is that they are starting to embrace this wonderful acoustic kind of song, something that is more subdued and raw rather than bustling with energy. This is a song that is lovely and calming, something that makes you feel warm inside. Arijit Singh brings his powerful but gentle voice, while Tulsi Kumar brings a brightness to the song. Even though you may not understand the words of the song, you can still feel the romance that the song is trying to portray. It transcends the romance that comes with trying to woo and pursue someone, but encapsulates the deep love you can have for someone. This is a song that emulates what it is like to be deeply in love with someone, a love that needs nothing more than a warm embrace to be felt. This is honestly such a heart wrenching song, and I love how well put together it is. Everything about this song is nice and toned down. The song is not over energized, the pitches and melodies are at a very nice and calming range, and the background music is pleasing to the ear. Everything about this song is just so beautiful because of that delicate balance. The background instrumentals include the guitar and tabla as the most obvious instruments, There are some other percussion instruments involved, but they are nice and soft, really playing their role as the background. The guitar is the one that takes the forefront, and I love how soft it sounds. Everything in this song is nice and soft, not necessarily gentle, but soft. Sometimes it is songs like this that remind me how wonderful and beautiful music is, how completely universal it is. The melodies of the song are enough to leave you moved, and the song itself flows over like water. This is a song that makes me think of a beautiful day, with the warm sun shining as I raise my face towards it. It leaves you smiling, feeling the warmth and comfort of the song. Arijit Singh is such a soulful singer, that you believe every word that he sings. I love that so much about this song, and I am so happy to be able to share songs like this with you all. Today's instrumental song comes from the movie East of Eden. This is also a novel, which I highly recommend reading. It can be a little bit of a difficult read sometimes, but it is still such a wonderful piece of literature. This score is one that is not only lovely, but has these beautiful swells and crescendos of sound. The strings really take over in this song, but create this wonderfully magical sound, one that is not only beautiful but almost a little inspiring as well. I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!
