Bondax and Kidnap Kid

Today I have a song for you that come's from a friends music sharing as well! You should follow him on Instagram @sids.songs! He likes to share those underground songs along with music by big artists. And on that note, I am actually taking Sid's song of the day and doing a post about it! So this song is by Bondax, out of Lancaster. This electronic duo does an awesome job of making that special kind of electronic sound that I really only find from European artists. I don't know how to describe it, but there is a certain kind of sound that European electronic artists have that set them apart from everyone else. It has this transcendent kind of sound to it while also being something that has a bit of a groove and funk to it. This song has such a bubbly personality to it that it turns into something that makes you want to go back and chill or vibe or just have a good time. What I love about this song, is that Bondax throws in these subtle tropical sounds with some really sunny and lively house melodies. But then the vocals in the song are super smooth and suave. So we have the bright and exciting electronic work, and then we get the cool vocals, and they play off each other so well. This song is just so energetic and fun, and has such a nice groove to it. I mean the beats are bouncy, the tropical harmonies give us that warmth on the skin from a sunny day, and the vocals spur us into a little bit of a dance routine. I am super impressed with Bondax and their skills, and honestly spent time after hearing this song just listening to their other music. And don't forget, song creds go to sids.songs! Today's instrumental song is by Kidnap Kid. This is another artists that really likes to dabble in tropical music. But weirdly enough, this tropical song edges towards the more dangerous parts of the tropical forest. There is more intensity and suspense with this song. I actually like that! I think it is a cool difference to have, especially considering a lot of artists are trying to get in on the tropical house scene. But this song is really well done though it does get slightly repetitive at the beginning. But get past it! because the rest of the song is pretty darn awesome. I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!
