This song has such a great beat and melody to it, plus there is this switch between calmer and darker sounds which is amazing! overall, this song has great energy and is amazing to dance to! Today's song is by a band from Rhode Island called ZOX. This band has a very upbeat and fun sound to it What I find so interesting and entertaining about this song is how it has a reggae and rock sound to it! The energy it brings is something I have heard before, but the actual melodies are quite different and brilliant! Today's instrumental song is a cover of a song by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Today's song is by a very interesting band called The Kooks. This song has such a happy and upbeat sound! I have really gotten into this group a lot because they have a great energy and a great balance of all instruments and vocals. This British band is nice and unique and quite refreshing! Today's instrumental song comes from another interesting band called The Strokes. This song is brilliant and has the same energy as The Kooks. Today's song is by one of favorite groups,Bastille. If I could post every song by this band, I totally would, but that is obviously not the case! So today, I am posting a song that is one of the most hauntingly beautiful and masterfully done songs. The song is actually be Lana Del Rey, however, Bastille did one of the best covers I have ever heard of any song. It has elements of and amazing movie soundtrack, which brings me to the instrumental song of the day! This song is used in the movie Requiem for a Dream. Today's song is from the Great Gatsby soundtrack! This soundtrack is so freaking phenomenal and crazy! These songs are so perfect to describe the character of Gatsby (if you have read the book you will totally understand) and they are all so catchy with a great combo of jazz/swing and modern music. This song in particular is by Fergie and Goonrock. Today's instrumental song is more along the techno sound of the first song. This song is by Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike. Today I have some country music for you. This song is by a duo called Florida Georgia Line, and they are quite great! It is interesting to hear a mix between really country melodies and some pop lyrics and beats. This has a typical country sound, but it still something nice to listen to. Today I had to post the new 30 Seconds to Mars song. I thought it would be too recent, but this song is just so amazing! This song takes elements of their old music and fuses it with their newer style. It is incredible to see how fantastic of a job 30 Seconds does in their song production. Everything about this song is so sick and hats off the Jared Leto for his brilliant work! Today's instrumental song is from the movie X Men: First Class.
