Keeping It Fresh

For today's song, I have a song that may sound familiar. The Bingo Players created this song and integrated parts of Brenda Russell's song. Flo Rida used the Bingo Players' mix in one of his songs. I love this song because of its relaxed energy and sweet beats. Today's instrumental song is by Phutureprimitive. I recently discovered him, and I have to say that his style is incredibly unique. This song is more trance and downtempo, but all of his stuff is awesome! I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

Today's song is something I have heard recently. Macklemore has an interesting hip-hop style. This song is very intriguing, with a catchy chorus and a cool saxophone beat. Today's instrumental song is by Denod, who does hip hop remixed beats. I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

Today's songs have a holiday/Christmas theme, because it is that time of year! The first song is by Michael Buble, who has one of the most powerful voices I have ever heard. He has a cool jazz sound to his music that is very refreshing and is a step away from majority of music out there. Today's instrumental song is an orchestral piece that captures the holiday season very well! If you celebrate Christmas, I hope you have a wonderful Christmas, and if not, Happy Holidays! I hope you enjoy and please feel free to comment!

Today's song is some hip hop and pop rap. Outasight is an older artist, but I love his music. This song is really fun to listen to and it's such a chill song to dance to. Today's instrumental song is by Afrojack, and is pretty much awesome! It has a sick beat and great rhythms! I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

Today's song is by a phenomenal artist, Ellie Goulding. Her voice is very interesting because she has a high vocal range but she also has a raspiness to it that is tremendous. This song is really catchy and Ellie Goulding sounds great! Today's instrumental song is by an Italian group and they are pretty freaking awesome! I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

For today's song, I chose a very interesting sound. Breathe Carolina's sound is like electronic crunk met rock and collaborated. I love this song because the beat is bumping and makes feel like I can do fun, crazy, and a some reckless things. I love working out to this song also-it keeps me going even when I am feeling sore. Today's instrumental song is some electronica/house music. I heard this song a few days ago and I thought this would be perfect to put on. Pryda made a really catchy and exciting song! I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

I have some indie punk for you today! This band is called Gossip, and there are too many people who have not heard of them. This song has such amazing bass beats and rhythms, plus the melody is a mix of punk, dance, and rock so I love it! Today's instrumental song is an instrumental version of a song by Vampire Weekend. This band is also incredibly amazing so go check them out! I hope you enjoy the music and please  feel free to comment!
