Strange Talk and Foster The People

Today's song of the day is by a small Australian group called Strange Talk. They sound like a mix of Phoenix, The Strokes, Foster the People, and Fun. combined. Its quite great! This is their first single ever and I really liked it. Not only is the song really catchy and pretty dancy, but the music video is really cool too. I think this song is really well balanced between all the instruments and the beat is really pumped and energetic! Hopefully you will all like it! And if you have not heard of any of the other four bands, I strongly recommend that you go listen to them because they are so amazing! Strange Talk makes really good use of that disco and funk feel that we get with keyboards and such. This song does not really lose momentum at all which is so awesome. You always feel that pumped up vibe and that need to dance. That dancing vibe we can also see in the video which is awesome!  Strange Talk is one of the modern bands that is really mastering the 80's revival and I enjoy it so much. Today's instrumental song of the day is by Foster the People. This band and Strange Talk are very similar in the way they sound but they have very different tones. I like this song a lot by them, and find it one of their better radio singles. This song sounds good with vocals and without, and you can really hear the dynamism of the instruments with this version. I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!
