Today I have music from a trance duo in Austin (woot woot!). This group has a very interesting type of trance because it has dub step type drop but also that smoother trance sound. Today's song is by a French duo called Justice. These guys are quite interesting because they have a sound that is described as Daft Punk mixed with Tiesto. Pretty fantastic! This song uses more of the 80's beat and has a good chilling vibe to it. This song is pretty interesting and intriguing! Today I have an interesting mix of electro and R&B. This song is by the Australian musician called Flume. This song is so brilliant because it has the weirdest but cohesive sound. The slow drum work is pretty sweet and the eerie but entrancing melodies that go on top create a sick track! This is an artist I recommend keeping up with! Today's instrumental song is the instrumental mix of one of my favorite Frank Ocean songs. IT keeps up with the R&B type feel of the first song. Today I have a song by the band Imagine Dragons. This song is just so amazing! The lyrics are so beautiful and are very meaningful! If you don;t care about lyrics, the melodies and contrast between the drums and guitar are so beautiful and the ethereal piano in the background is so phenomenal. Today's instrumental song is from the movie Life is Beautiful. This movie is one of the greatest I have ever seen, and probably will ever see. Today I have some mellower rock for you from the band Civil Twilight. This song has their typical slower beat, but this one has eerie melodies which sounds amazing! I love the angst sound in the vocals and it doesn't sound whiny either! Today's instrumental song is by a group called Escala. I know I have posted this song befrore, however, not this version of the song. Escala has done a cover of a song from Requiem For A Dream, and it is phenomenal! Today's song comes from a band by the name Two Door Cinema Club. Now what I love about this band is that you can hear the typical rick sound, but also the synth and electric sound. Its also pretty fantastic how they are from Ireland! This band has such a dance feel to it while also having some nice guitar work and fun beats. Today's song is by a duo called Dada Life. Not going to lie, these guys are so sick and brilliant! This song has an awesome trance/hard style mix and its pretty awesome to dance to! It has a weird, happy sound to it that makes you feel really good. The drop isn't as hard as his usual music, but I think its perfect for the song.
