Keeping It Fresh

Today I have some mellower rock for you from the band Civil Twilight. This song has their typical slower beat, but this one has eerie melodies which sounds amazing! I love the angst sound in the vocals and it doesn't sound whiny either! Today's instrumental song is by a group called Escala. I know I have posted this song befrore, however, not this version of the song. Escala has done a cover of a song from Requiem For A Dream, and it is phenomenal! I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

Today's song comes from a band by the name Two Door Cinema Club. Now what I love about this band is that you can hear the typical rick sound, but also the synth and electric sound. Its also pretty fantastic how they are from Ireland! This band has such a dance feel to it while also having some nice guitar work and fun beats. Today's instrumental song is a cover of a Phoenix song. This band also has a dance vibe and fun rock feel to it! I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

Today's song is by a duo called Dada Life. Not going to lie, these guys are so sick and brilliant! This song has an awesome trance/hard style mix and its pretty awesome to dance to! The beats are so perfectly placed and the melodies are really nice! Today's instrumental song is by Dillon Francis. This song is kind of different from his usual work, but I really like it. It has a weird, happy sound to it that makes you feel really good. The drop isn't as hard as his usual music, but I think its perfect for the song. I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

Today's song is by a classic band by the name Bachman Turner Overdrive. This song has a very distinct classic rock style that I love so much! It really takes you back to some of those rock roots. Not going to lie, I really enjoy the cow bell. The song in general has such a good, driving energy that is just fun to listen to, especially in the car! Today's instrumental song is by The Eagles, another legendary band! This song does have lyrics, but most of it is instrumental. I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

Today's song is an old song by one of my favorite female artists-Florence and the Machine. This song has an amazing bass drum and overall ethereal type sound This song is so nice to listen to when you don't want to do anything! just sitting there and listening to this song is good enough! Today's instrumental song is from Lord of the Rings! This song has all the drama necessary as well as beauty. I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

Today's song comes out of England, by a group called Rudimental. This song is so amazing, with its heavy drum beat throughout the song and the awesome brass work during the chorus. It kind of has a dark edge which makes the song even more intriguing. The vocals go so well with the surrounding melodies, and the synth sound is pretty sick! Today's song is by Tiesto, and has some sweet beat changes and shifts! I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!

Today's song is by Belgian-Australian singer Gotye! This song is very different than much of his more popular songs. The beat is nice and energetic and the melodies have a good blend of an adventurous and chilling sound. This song is very unique compared to many pop based songs, and I absolutely love it! Today's instrumental song is by Karl Jenkins. It does have vocals in it, but the music in the background is so beautiful! I hope you enjoy the music and please feel free to comment!
